Skylark

I don’t think I shared a jazz piece before, so I thought I would share this composition sung by Ella Fitzgerald to brighten everyone’s Monday. Skylark [1941] was composed by Hoagy Carmichael (Georgia on My Mind [1930]) with lyrics by Johnny Mercer (Moon River [1961]).
