And yes, our thoughts hold so much sway over our perception of the world. And people are SO different, I’ve come to believe as I age. There are 9 billion individual human representations of our shared reality.

  2. I like exploring short stories in a full post – it gives so much room to analyse different aspects of it, and I got a really clear sense of the story from your writeup. I haven’t read anything by Lispector, so I enjoyed this introduction to her work.
